CONDITIONS
- Any Change on external elevation shall be not
permissible.
- Possession should be given after full payment.
- Incase of the member falling to make payment on schedule.
- At the time of cancellation of the booking 10 % to be leave and payment shall be made only after the next available booking.
- Legal A.E.C charges stamp duty & maintenance contribution shall be borne by the members.
